The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the
swimming pool, which provided a great place to relax. The room was well-decorated, and I appreciated the reading lights by the bed. However, finding available towels took longer than expected during my stay.

The facilities, like the pool, were surprisingly good, and the gym, well, wasn't much but it was better than nothing. I felt the lighting next to the bed was nice and helpful, you know, for late-night reading, but the annoying noise from the hall always ruined the vibe.
It wasn't exactly free to stay here, but I guess it was workable.

It was just a balanced option for a brief stop-in in Jeddah, great for the money. The room cleanliness was impressive considering the rushed check-in, which made my stay more pleasant. Make sure to ask for enough towels upfront to avoid any issues.

Exceptional service was a highlight during my stay, especially from the staff who arranged a seamless check-in and provided thoughtful touches like room service breakfast. The swimming pool area was fantastic, perfect for families, along with hot wok dishes that enhanced our experience. However, there were slight delays in some services during peak hours that could improve, and better communication regarding local attractions would have been appreciated.

missingWrote a review on Jul 02modern roomclean atmospherepoor insulation
The deluxe rooms feature modern furnishings with comfortable bedding, providing a clean and sleek atmosphere. Location is decent, with nearby access to various restaurants and local attractions, making exploration convenient.
Sound insulation needs serious work. thin walls made it easy to hear neighbors, which disrupted my peace. I felt the housekeeping could improve—only cleaning the bedding twice a week felt lacking for a longer stay. Also, the initial hassle with the reservation system added unnecessary frustration, especially when I had to extend my stay at a modified rate that made little sense.
